PG Diploma in Yoga: What is it about? 

Yoga is said to be the oldest traditional method of Balancing our body and soul. It has its own journey that starts from the Vedic age of India and continues till today. It is not only a method of doing physical exercise without any equipment but it provides a way to help a way to control an individual’s mind.   • Admission To Post Graduate Diploma In Yoga Is Based On The Merit List (based On Graduation Marks Scored By The Candidate) Generated By The Institution Or Based On The Performance In The Entrance Test Conducted By The Institution Followed By The Counselling Session For Final Seat Allotment Of The Candidate.
  • Additionally, Some Of The Institutions Have Other Requirements Like Having Work Experience Or Should Have Done A Yoga Instructor Course.
  • A Few Institutions May Conduct A Personal Interview Or Group Discussion For The Admission Procedure, Additional To The Eligibility Criteria.
  • Candidates Should Have Scored 50%-60% Marks In Graduation From Any Stream And Subject From A Recognized Institution.
  • The Admission Process Starts With The Registration Part Where The Candidate Needs To Fill In The Basic Contact Details And Then The Application Form Of The Exam.
  • The Application Form Includes All The Educational Details, Personal Details And Other Relevant Documents.

PG Diploma In Yoga: Eligibility Criteria 

  • Eligibility Criteria For The Post Graduate Diploma Course Are That The Candidate Should Have Passed Graduation With Any Stream/ Subject Or Are In The Final Year From A Recognized Institution.
  • Preferably Candidates Should Have A Minimum Aggregate Mark Of 50%-60% In Graduation.
  • Candidates Who Graduated From Yoga Or Naturopathy Or Related Courses Are Preferred For This Course As They Have A Background In The Subject.

  • AUCET: Andhra University Common Entrance Test Is A State-level Entrance Conducted By Andhra University, Visakhapatnam For Providing Admission To The Post-graduate Courses Offered By The Affiliated Colleges Of Andhra University And Dr B.R. Ambedkar University, Srikakulam. The Exam Is Conducted In An Offline Mode For A Duration Of 1 Hour 30 Minutes With Objective Types Of Questions. The Questions Are From Life Sciences, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Chemical Sciences, English, Geology, Humanities And Social Sciences.
  • PU CET: Punjab University Common Entrance Test Is A State-level Entrance Exam Conducted By Panjab University, Chandigarh For Providing Admission In Various UG And PG Courses. The Exam Is Conducted In An Offline Mode For 6 Sections( Total 120 Marks) For 70 Minutes Each. The Sections Include Subjects From Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Biotechnology, And Computer Science.
