IIM Ranchi Admission Process 2026

• Eligibility Check: Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree with 50% marks (relaxed for reserved categories), while IPM requires 60% in 10+2. Final-year students can apply provisionally.
• Entrance Exam: Applicants take CAT for MBA by November 2025, IPMAT for IPM in May 2026 (tentative), or GMAT for Executive PhD.
• Application: Register on iimranchi.ac.in, upload documents such as transcripts, scorecard, and experience proof, and pay fees (INR 2,000 for General).
• Shortlisting: For MBA, shortlisting uses 65% CAT weightage and 20% profile including academics, work experience, and diversity, leading to PI shortlist.
• PI Rounds: Personal Interviews occur in February–April 2026, assessing analytical skills, leadership, and fit with 15% weightage.
• Final Selection & Confirmation: Merit lists are released by May 2026, after which candidates confirm seats, submit documents, and pay fees (e.g., INR 19.2 Lakhs for MBA) by July 2026.

IIM Ranchi IPM Cutoff 2026 (Expected)

Admission to the five-year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) at IIM Ranchi for 2026 is based on IPMAT scores conducted by IIM Indore, followed by PI. For 2026, the expected IIM Ranchi IPMAT cutoff 2025 for the general category will range from 178-182 marks for IPM. For EWS, NC-OBC, SC, ST, & PWD (DAP), the expected cutoffs are 139-142, 121-123, 96-98, 50-52, & 63-65, respectively.
