IIM Bodh Gaya was founded in 2015 in Bodh Gaya and is the 16th IIM to be established in India. Famously known as the ‘Enlightening IIM’, the institute is set up under the mentorship of IIM Calcutta. The Institute of Management Bodh Gaya is located on an expansive 119-acre campus. 

In the NIRF Ranking 2025, IIM Bodhgaya ranked 31st under the management category. Admission to MBA, the flagship course of IIM BG, is based on CAT scores, personal interview, and candidate’s profile. The expected IIM Bodh Gaya CAT cutoff 2025 is 94 percentile (overall) for general category candidates. The institute offers 300 seats for admission to its MBA program.

The Indian Institute of Management Bodh Gaya achieved a placement rate of 100% in 2024. The highest and the average package offered to MBA graduates was INR 24 LPA and INR 13.7 LPA, respectively.
