The CBSE Board has decided that class 10 students will now appear for the sports exam in the second board exam, which will be held in May 2026. The board has issued the exam dates and announced the tentative exam schedule. The CBSE 10th exams will be conducted from February 17 to March 9, 2026.

The CBSE class 10 registration 2026 started from September 16, 2025, and will continue till October 31, 2025. The CBSE 10th admit card will be released on the official portal for students who will complete the registration process within the deadline provided by the board. School authorities could visit and download the admit card to distribute it among students. Students must present the admit card at the exam centre. 

The CBSE board has also released the exam pattern and syllabus for the academic year 2025-26 on its official website. Students must go through the syllabus and pattern to prepare and score well in the exam.
